A muscle mod for ruler designer?

Hi guys, just want to ask if there's a mod that allows muscle modification, especially in the ruler designer? All I can find are physical attributes and CBO, but PA is fickle asf (it changes my traits all the time, what the heck?) and CBO is unnecessarily heavy. I honestly want something that could modify my template from the start, because I have a mod that could make clone of myself from the starting template.
If there isn't any mod like that, I'd be ready to learn how to make one. If you guys be so kindly to teach me that is.
