well from what i understand its like this

1. harmony

2. bannerlord software extender ( or known simply as BLSE)

3. butterlib

4. UIExtenderEx

5. Mod Configuration Menu (or known simply as MCMv5)

 

all that from nexus mods and -MANUAL INSTALL- vortex fucks with it some reason even though on mod page says its ok
