FOMM not starting

hey folks, i recently uninstalled f:nv and deleted my mods and reinstalled it because i wasnt happy with how fnv was performing, and i booted up FOMM after reinstalling it but the fnv files werent appearing and that was because it installed on my C drive and not my E: drive which is where FOMM was being directed to, and i moved it but after moving my fnv install folder to my E: drive FOMM wont boot up anymore, anyone know why? I was suggested its because FOMM was now looking at my C : drive but i dont think it is, but just in case it is im moving my fnv install folder to my C : drive right now, I'm using Steam for f:nv btw

ok i moved my FNV install folder to my C : drive and it still isnt working

Alright I found out why it wasnt working: its because it was in the Program Files86x folder
