More Crash Log Help - Weird Problem, Inconsistent

So, new problem. Game runs smooth and steady. Minimal crashes aside from the usual Skyrim bugginess. I can play for an entire day or two without issue. Not a single problem.

 

Randomly, after playing for a couple of days without issue it seems to suddenly break every save file for a character. Every single one. Saves that loaded just fine the entire day beforehand - up to and including the most recent - suddenly no longer work and result in a CTD upon attempting to load the next day. It has something to do with SOS DLL file (which I downloaded the updated one for Anniversary Edition and the most recent version at that) but redeploying a working modset and reinstalling the mods to correct potential issues don't help. Oddly enough I am no longer able to load earlier saves for the character that worked, either, ones that I had loaded multiple times after closing and reopening Skyrim without issue. The entire character is bricked for some reason.

 

Would really appreciate some insight into this because I'm sort of at my wit's end and I don't want to be restricted to characters I can only play for a day or two at a time.

Edit - On doing some research it seems like a potential issue with SOS using outdated Papyrus scripts overwriting the main Papyrus mod, which it shouldn't be. I have Papyrus set to load after everything. One user said they had a similar issue with Campfire and simply set the Papyrus folder in that mod to Hidden so it wouldn't be read - willing to try this fix but no idea how to go about locating the folder and testing the change, some guidance here would be welcome.

 

Edit 2 - Only happens with male characters, so no idea what that's about.

SOS does not like loadorder changes. That's been the cause of all SOS crashes I've seen the past year or so. Also explains why your old saves appear broken. Change the load order back to what it was before you or something else messed with it, or disable the SOS dll, load your save, save, put the dll back and continue playing.

How do I go about disabling the DLL? Just turn the plugin off? Disable the mod(s) in my Mod Manager (the main mod and modified AE DLL)?

 

Edit - That appears to have worked, thank you. Created a new save, re-enabling the mods again to see if it'll load and remain stable.
