Intimidating Theives with Balls of Steel.

Has anyone actually intimidated a thief before? Like Random ones that appear, have the option to "intimidate," but it fails every single time. 600+ hours in Skyrim and not once has it work and I have invested heavily in speech. Does anyone else notice this?

I hardly use "Initmidate", more prefer to use "Persuation".

However, in some quest "Persuation" just not work and when "Initimidate" selected it always pass.

i just tell them to fuck off and its fine

 

if doesn't work, lydia decapitates them with 1 swing

Persuasion pretty much always works, I just find it weird that intimidation doesn't.

 

I guess it doesn't matter because killing them is obviously the best option.

I have had maxed out Speech with Persuade and Intimidate Perks filled in, wearing Dibellan Necklace and WITH Dibellan Blessing and STILL could not intimidate Thief...same with Guard at Riften Gate...Bethesda messed that one up.
