CANT CHANGE GENITALS

Hi on the new vs of Sims 4 many townies as BBF, NGATA, CALIENTE etc has disappeared . I tried to download original ones than makeover. I found a solution, loaded older version and save nearly all townies that want to see in the never vs. When I saw them my library so happy but some of the female sims have penis and when I look at the genital section its locked and said its current state. How can I unlock the genital box of these sims and adjust their bottom parts ? Thank you
