Help with Papyrus/CK positioning/rotation relative to corpses

Hello everyone, I have been looking at the Creation Kit Wiki and some semi-relevant forums as to how to approach this but I just can't figure it out, I have to ask for help.

 

Does anyone know how to position an object with the same rotation as an npc or player (Main focus is player) corpse? Or for better examples, say like a halo placing above a corpses head with the correct rotation and position.. Or like, say a "breath of defeat" coming out the mouth, but on the correct vector and angle..? From what I've seen with experimenting and looking at other mods, it seems like Skyrim treats the player corpse with the same angles and positions as when they were "alive" rather than the ragdoll itself. If this means it's impossible, would the next best thing be to "simulate" a death with the knockdown and paralysis trick then, idk, play a psuedo-death sound or something, meaning then the angles and positions will be correct from that point?

 

Sorry if I haven't explained it properly, I will elaborate on anything needed.
