wickedwhims setup support

i just got back to sims and got everything i needed as far as i know. my problem is wickedwhims setup. before i quit a year or so ago i would have my sims asking each other for sex almost every 10 seconds. now i havent seen such text since i started. i put the settings on highest possible but doesnt seem to work. only way to do any scenes is if i manual click at a location and set them to do it. they no longer ask each other to do it. anyone know what i am missing when it comes to my setup?  i also noticed peepers dont show up anymore as well even if i do a sex scene or walk around naked. so i ask can someone help me with the setup cause im pretty confused on how to set it up like it was before
