Weird/Negative Magicka.

Alright So I just recently reinstalled oblivion and i've downloaded a few mods as show in the spoiler tag below. However While using Flan's Demon 666 or 999 races (haven't tested any other race yet) My magic is always in the negatives. I've found that it seems to be connected to my intelligence for when i set it to 0 my magicka hits 0. Increases the intelligences decreases my magicka. The console commands forceav magicka and modav magicka do nothing while setav magicka only decreases. I'm a bit confused and bothered by this as I can no longer cast any type of spell.

Kidding, of course.

 

Please try a vanilla race, and go to your active spell effects menu and check if there's anything weird there.

 

I am unfamiliar with most of the plugins you use, so I can't really say for sure what the problem is. Only other advice I can give you is to disable all plugins and enable them slowly until you find the problem - it's not fun, but it works.

Ok so i fixed it by going to an earlier save but I have another problem if someone doesn't mind helping me with it. My roberts Body v52 OMOD is set to scrawny yet for some reason my ingame figure is quite bulky and muscled. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't seem to do much.

 

Can Deadly Reflex or Oblivion Character Overhaul effect this?

 

Edit: As an additional piece of info I WAS using Setbody reloaded but i thought it caused this issue.....obviously I was wrong since it seems to be still happening.
