Can't get Draugr Animation to work, everything els works fine..

I feel like I have scoured the internet for a solution, atm. The only thing I can find, is that it somehow acts weird around ultima combat, which I dont use at all.

 

I have done all you have to do, to make it run, as it's ONLY Draugr animation that won't play. My PC actor is the only one that does some movement..

 

I'm totally lost here, as I really can't find someone with a similar issue.. Any brainstom or suggest is high appreciated. This to know I use both FNIS and nemesis.

since you use finis and nemesis together you have to go to your nemesis output folder->meshes->actors....if there is a drugr folder delete it...and it should work

nemesis output folder should not overwrite fnis output folder and vice versa...there should be nothing common between them

I use MO2, and I can't see any Draugr folder, or any other "actor" folders that contains the animations them self. In the output folder in MO2. I see mostly only behavior, like attackbehavior.hkx, weapunequip.hkx and alot of *xml files. This is how I make every thing work together.

 

Run fnis

Open Explorer virtual folder in mo2.

Copy all folder in actor, excluded human animations

Save the files somewhere, on my harddrive.

Run nemesis

Open explorer virtual folder in mo2

Copy the saved files, into the actor folder in explorer virtual folder.

 

Every single animation works when doing it like this..  Except Draugrs.

 

EDIT: Seems like Falmer animations are busted too after doing some research and testing

give me a screenshot of your mo2 with fnis output mod and nemesis output mod
