Looking to add sex to a post-apocalyptic rogue-like Skyrim playthrough

It removes most NPCs and is incompatible with mods that edit Bethesda NPCs. I'm looking to add NSFW elements to that world that seem appropriate, things provided by the "defeat" type of mods, slavery and prostitution (including actual prostitutes for a resource sink, but keep in mind most inns in the game are destroyed.

 

I guess the best would be some kind of a new (small) settlement that features brothels or similar stuff. Also adult quest mods that do not rely on vanilla NPCs are welcome, especially if they fit the theme.

I just noticed the existence of "shattered". With its "factions" addon (and maybe the "synergy" mod, haven't tried this yet, but someone recommended it), Skyrim becomes a completely new game, absolutely great, everything seems possible!  I think, I will try the usual degradation/harassment LL mods with it first , DD, UD, Spank that ass., maybe Devious interests, and maybe change the experience gain system with Experience, so that only Sex, DD, and quests give exp, and skills can only be trained by trainers (Trainers Galore)
