Tekken 7 Animations

Hey i'm looking for a way to import animations from street fighter 5 and put them into tekken 7.  I know it's possible some kind of way cause i have seen people in the ppsspp community do it but they aren't sharing how. If anyone could help, that would be great in this passion project of mine.
