Panties with bulge as acc

Hi, I've been searching for some panties with bulge for feminine frame (maybe some for masculine frame too) that go into the accessories category instead of bottoms so I can use them with skirts but I haven't found any.

 

I tried to change categories to some of the ones by Paberu in S4S but they won't show up (I made copies and modified them so the originals are still there alongside the modified ones)

 

If someone knows of any, let me know please <3
