Is the "pushaside" file required for this to function? I wasn't sure what that one does.

Push aside is an optional module created by another person.  It is designed to work with some clothing during sex scenes.  It often causes the final part of the sex scene to not show.  I personally do not recommend using it.

Okay, so this is my first time modding this, how am I even supposed to install all of this?
I tried putting all the mods in the mod folder and then loading them with the mod loader but I'm getting a conflicting file and the game doesn't let me change character appearance in the creation menu.

Gotcha. Might want to put a note in the mod description, as it's a bit confusing as to whether it needs to be installed or not.

Multiple characters is installed exactly like any other mod for XCL.  It is not a stand alone mod.  It required that you include other mods with the girl or girls you want to add.

It is the prerequisite file for adding other characters to the game.

At this time, there are currently four other characters you can add to the game. 

AJ & Danger version 1.3 are available in this post as the original developer has not been around for some time so I updated the files myself.
Marley is a separate girl you can get.
LittleBlonde is a conversion of the original stand alone character converted by a third party to work with the multiple character mod.


If you want to create your own new character for the game, you will need this mod as well as the 'girl11 rework' mod.  That has all the example text and media files as a sample character.  It is the Ella character in the game with a different head shot picture to make her identifiable on the character selection screen.

Probably was already reported but I found a bug for Girl11 rework 1.2 or Multiple characters 1.2. Each time you charm women. Same thing if you use the gym.

This is caused by the updated html file released on Oct 9.  A new Multiple characters 1.3 file is now available for download to correct this.

 

The girl11 rework and the actual extra character files are not affected.  The changes are only needed in the main code file.

I can't get it to work anymore, I have the latest version of the game I installed it properly as it has worked in other versions with no issue I have Apple, Danger and the Kenzie mods for it but they are not allowing me to choose any other one.  Mod loader is not registering any conflicts. I have even removed every other mod other that multi, Apple, Danger and Kenzie still didn't come up and added Girl 11 still not showing not sure what is wrong.

 

I have loaded copy of Mod results see if someone ca see what is missing.

I see a few problems here.
1) it appears that you have extracted the zip files to the mods directory.  This should not be done.
2) You don't actually have the 'multiple characters' mod in this list.  The most recent version is 1.5
3) The girl11 mod is not meant to be used as a character.  It is a demonstration of a girl used to create your own characters.
4) You have mod loader errors.  Are you using the most recent version of the mod loader?  1.2.0

5) You seem to have two copies of the decrease skills mod

I thought I heard the creator of this one is currently away on vacation. Might need to be patient.

Minor heads up, this mod doesn't play nice with the the BR Pill mod. Conflict seems to be localised around orgasms. Every time the main character orgasms I get a bunch of pop up warnings before the scene continues. I've had the scene just stop dead on a blank screen [in-game, but no text or images/clips coming up to continue/end the scene] once or twice. Not sure if browser will make a difference here, but I've tested it on Edge, Firefox, and Vivaldi. I've dropped the message in the BR Pill mod support page too, just in case it can be fixed on their end.

Is there any up dates on this one as it seems to have popped up yes, but then I look at the downloads they still say october 28 2023, so I am a bit confused 🙂

The offer blowjob scenario seems to work well but whenever sex is initiated and you try to go for a blowjob no media is displayed leaving the screen blank with audio sounds

Fixing the typo of the passage "sex transactionial blowjob X" to "sex transactional blowjob X" fixes this. It seems that the same spelling got copy pasted to quite a few playable characters. (Easiest is just to replace all counts of "transactionial" with a texteditor.).

*X is for whatever that playable character has for ID.

This was an odd error.  The original mcf mod had the typo and so everything worked.  When the mcf mod was changed, it broke the existing character mods.

 

The original mod creator is on a long hiatus and hasn't been seen in some time.  I am hosting the two files for now.  At least one will be taken over by someone else soonish.
