Does anybody know which vagina mod this is?

So whenever I put on clothes, the vagina disappears completely. If I put on a panty accessoire, the vagina just goes through like she's still naked.

 

Does anybody know which mod uses this vagina model or even has a link to the mod it comes from? I'd love to use it as a permanent body mod. Thanks in advance!

A bit hard to see from this angle, but you can always try Tray Importer. Save the Sim, then open her up (pun not intended) with that tool and it should list all of the CC she has on her, including the vagina.
