please advise how to install PAHE collection on top of Nexus collection

Hi Folks & wizards,

 

I'd like to add PAHE + DOM + HSH + AYGAS  + all requirements on top of the Nexus collection that i'm already playing (and is working well ) :

Immersive & Epic Realms Of Nirn NSFW (https://next.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/collections/rvxts8)

 

I partially succeeded in doing so on earlier saves and with a lighter nexus collection (immerisve & adult), but i always ended up corrupting my saves, + all these mods have seen recent updates.

The discord group for the collection already has instructions on how to get Sexlab working, what i'm looking for is a way to install PAHE & Co.
