I thought I messed up BAAAAAAAD (short story)

I use online consultations due to my lack of a doctor I can go to atm, it'll be relevant shortly. I was perusing through rebuilding my WhickedWhims folder for the Sims 4. I was downloading almost everything I could find and in one thing there were sub files on the description page. I clicked one as it was required and, immediately, i'm talking not a second later, I get an email that informs me that "a file has been uploaded to the consultion". 

 

"oh shit nononononono"

 

and I ended up finding out it was a follow-up form uploaded by an NP from my recent consultation. Now I'm high and scared.

Lol. I always triple check email attachments out of fear of doing this. Would die of embarrassment.
