Treacherously Devious CCTV

Mod that has soul gem powered "CCTV", increases sneaking difficulty when in line of sight, powered by Soul gems which can be removed via a container prompt, Most likely its a high difficulty locked container or a custom message box kind of deal (Like when removing devious devices). If spotted, can begin throwing spells, depleting the soul gem inside the CCTV (Adds difficult devious devices, adds bounty, might even spawn a guard to your location, Disables Last witness killed if in radius when killing the guards if spawned, if no devious devices trip animation and a net is thrown, making the individual stagger and guards spawn). Places with these CCTVs will have better loot in them, some will be marked as having them, others not as to make players be more careful when stealing stuff.

Other ideas:

1. Difficulty, Types of repercussions change depending on Soulgem used in the thing (Black has more Devious Devices chance, Petty has just the Guards spawn)
2. Quest from Vex (Thieves guild) asking Player to steal one of these devices so she can tinker with it and try to find a way to bypass its detection, If it detects you, you have to walk back into the thieves guild, wearing a Devious Device, If you successfully manage to take it without triggering the trap, Vex tinkers with it and she gets the devious device put on her. Either way you win the quest. (Unless you want to suffer, then you have to go back and forth, being tied up each and every time you fail and have to return to Vex, where she does stuff to unlock you and takes advantage) Gives Illusion spell which shows its detection range and where its watching
3. "Hack" the CCTV by replacing it with your own Soul gem, making it effect NPCs.
4. When detected, apply random Skooma whore drugs
5. By shooting Soul Trap (Or maybe spark?) on the CCTV, Disable it for 3 seconds. (Has a chance of failing, in which case it detects you and activates it)

Dumber Ideas:

1. Using Cauldron on it automatically fails as it's detecting souls, not pictures and sees through that
2. Summoning things like Flame atronach will trigger it.
3. Some noise used when its searching for you actively
4. Black Star (Azura's star) combined with the CCTV does something.
5. CCTV stands for Capturing Cocks, Tying Vaginas.
6. Quest to find the creator of these elusive devices (Sheogorath is always an option, but hes so often used, maybe a sex starved crazed inventor who lives alone and worships him?)

That's the gist of my idea. It's probably dumb af lol

It's a catchy name I will give you that from the name I expected a fallout 4 mod. If this would be smartly done, as in scripts only work while you are near it like hot and sweaty mod's smell detection then this could be a fun mod, the other and dumber ideas are a bit out there, though I do like the shoowing and hacking thing could be really fun if it had to be whorecrux gems and them having chance to be stuck there. Guard spawn could be problematic maybe just have existing guards aggro? Sneaking getting more gameplay features even if not exactly lore friendly is always something I'm on the lookout for.
