Question about load order making NPCs more beautiful

I am trying to make NPCs look good in Skyrim AE. I have installed Nightbourne series of NPC overhauls (by Southpawe on NexusMods) and a mod called High Poly Head. I had a couple of questions:

1. Nightbourne does not say that High Poly Head is a requirement. Is high poly head required at all?

2. What is the recommended load order for Expressive Facial Animations (Female), High Poly Head, High Poly Vanilla Hair, CBBE, Bodyslide Output and NPC overhauls. Currently I have: Expressive Facial Animations (Female) > High Poly Head > High Poly Vanilla Hair > NPC Overhauls > Bodyslide Output.

  1. High Poly Head only replaces the head mesh used by the player. All NPCs in the game have their head mesh already baked into a Facegen file. Thus vanilla NPCs will retain the vanilla head even with the HPH mod installed, and modded NPCs created with HPH will retain the new mesh even without HPH installed.
  2. Load order only matters if multiple mods change the same record(s), known as a conflict, in which case the last mod loaded will overwrite the others. The tool to check for conflicts is xEdit. I don't think anything you listed conflicts, so the load order won't matter.
