Why are sims females made waaaaaaay hotter than Skyrim? Is anyone out there willing to change that?

You could do it yourself if you used the right combination of mods. Only you can determine what is 'hotter' is for yourself.

I wish that I knew how. I've tried Proteus AND Schaken and they only last for a little while before their faces go vanilla. If you look at the SIMS Melina Lobato v. 1.0.0. The detail is amazing as are so many others on SIMS. Some Skyrim are pretty good but then most lack form and finer details.

Also, The modders have models that are better quality than the followers that they put out. It would be nice if those of quality were released.

Modded skyrim feels like a proper porn game, modded sims looks like unlocking gallery mode in a porn game and never seeing anything else. Which I know some people prefer so I'm not knocking on that as a concept. For skyrim you have a lot of options but all of the amazing ones will require high poly head mod, vanilla models are just very 'chonky' which I actually don't mind that much its a tradeoff for not having to remake YPS fashion makeup for my own setup. Nexus actually has a lot of mods for that too.

 

If npcs 'go back to vanilla' after a while you did something wrong.

Since you do not seem to be attached in any way to pre-existing Skyrim body mods, you might as well try out something new (not that everything is not new to someone who is completely uninitiated) like the Ultimate Body Enhancement. Try out a few presets or tweak it in RaceMenu to taste.
