CBPC Equipment ain't working with MALE characters. (Fresh install)

So, about my problem:

I made a fresh install and somehow managed to screw CBPC physics. (last time it been okay) (also i don't use SMP, only SBPC)

It works well with female characters, but don't work at all with male characters (player/npc)

 

i already know i did something stupid and obvious, but for me it's not obvious at this moment

Everything else works great, no problems at all

 

I really have no idea what have i done wrong

 

As far as i know, it could be a problem with male skeleton or body model, but i really have no idea D:

I don't know what i am exactly missing (except braincells), all worked before

XP32 skeletons isn't overwritten by any mode, only few .pex files in scripts

Clarify whether you tested this with a male player, or just assumed it doesn't work on males because you saw a male npc walk by. It wouldn't work on female npcs either.

 

Edit: The archive contains configs that work on all actors. I would assume that's also an option in the fomod installer. Verify you installed the correct option there if so.
