[2023] KinkyWorld & Disabling Notifications

KinkyWorld v409 (Latest)

 

I ADORE this mod & all its' contributors.

Thank you to Oniki, the animators, mesh artists, & everyone else.

 

However, one thing that has been really nagging at me is the notifications.

 

Has anyone managed to successfully disable their KW notifications?

 

I have the following settings:

- Dialogs: Disabled 

- Notification Level: None

- Announces Level: None (Also tried on All)

 

Yet still recieve constant notifications.

 

- "Whoa! ___ ____ is completely naked!"

- "Cuckolding: Message"

- "BadSleep: WooHoo_Good Dream"

 

Any help would be sincerely appreciated!

The Dialogs setting control the DialogBox on the bottom of the screen (various kinky interaction responses, Mail carrier etc.).

 

Announce Level controls which type of WooHoo stages to announce.

 

Notify Level controls which level of information to display (upper right corner of screen), the following levels exists,

 

None = -2
Story = -1
Default = 0
Debug = 1
Log = 2

 

Most notifications are Story level, changing this setting to None will filter out all standard notifications.

 

There is another type of notification called SimTalking, unfortunately not all KW talking uses the Notify Level setting which is why you are still seeing some notifications like the ones you mentioned, I guess this is a bug.
