Non playing family does NOT have option to change clothing?

No characters have the option to change clothing except the family I am playing and they used too. The pictures of a non-family member and undress options used to be under "Action" & "Wicked" no longer there? Did I click on something in settings or is there a cheat command that override to give nonfamily playing member option of outfits?......My hot weather is always nude. Any suggestions?

It used to with a mod, now with the new Options and things in the wheel, its under Friendly > Small Talk > ask to see outfit.

 

Also if you use MCC you can go do MCC > Dresser > Change outfit.

Justintyme985, Thanks. by adding MC it gave me the option to change clothing before the start of sex or prostitution.
