sim animation rig

Hello, each time I download WW I get an orange error message about a conflict. I followed the steps on WW site directly about this but I still got error. I deleted old files from my mods folder, my downloads and even from the recycle bin. please let me know if there is anything else I should do.

It's not about WW files. 
It tells you the issue: outdated rig file.

 

From WW site the known culprits can be:

 

Check if you have any of those files and remove them.

If you don't see any rig files in your mods folder then next culprit might be for example a merged file downloaded with a sim.

 

If you don't have merged files then best way to find broken file is 50/50 method: https://simscommunity.info/2022/09/08/sos-how-to-50-50-your-the-sims-4-mods-folder/

thank you for replying! I dont have any of those, I checked earlier. I deleted the WW info that came with downloaded sims too. I tried the 50/50 method this week for a file that crashed by game but maybe I can try for this too. I have merged files but not from sim downloads, more from clutter or cc, could those also be the issue? thank you again.

To be honest you never know.

 

Did you try with just WW + some animations alone in mods folder to check if it behaves correctly then?

not yet I will try that next. I actually just deleted a couple rig and tongue files so that may help. I searched "tongue" or "rig" like the post said but nothing popped up. I posted in the discord and they helped me too.
