Vertices, affected by cbpc in converted outfit are constantly falling down

Hi everyone. Recently i tried to convert KSO Mage Robes from 3BA to BHUNP with SMP cloth vanilla replacer. If i say that meshes of this outfits are pain in the ass to convert i said nothing, but process is going and i've done 3 (and +1 to them as the variant) cloth physics are fine too.

And in the process i encountered problem with "spaghettification" (in other words constantly falling down) of any vertices affected by CBPC, but NOT SMP.  I don't know how i fixed this with 4 outfits before, one time deleting every bone from outfit and copying reference bones works in other times not. I tried to combine deleting and perserving bones in outfit and work somehow pushed forward, until i stuck completely. I need to know reason why is this happening and how to solve it.

My workflow of conversion is pretty simple and i hope i didnt miss something:

  1. Load project with outfit to convert
  2. Delete everything except outfit
  3. Load body reference. In my case it's BHUNP Custom
  4. With sculpting tools make outfit to fit body
  5. Copy Bone Weights
  6. To perserve cloth physics i import original outfit again, set it as reference, select cloth bones, and after selecting target outfit copy selected bone weights. Delete imported outfit. Set reference on body again
  7. Conform All on sliders
  8. Save results and build bodymorph in bodyslide

     Ready to use outfits:

This problem is solvable, if done this 4 times, i need to know why it is happening and how to solve it. Thanks for reading and understanding.
