Blaziken player race

Im looking for a player race mod that lets you play as Blaziken.

 

There is a Blaziken mod by user619 but this is a suit for the player not a race.

If I recall correctly this mod never got its own mod page and was created and downloadable from a forum post on LoversLab but now I can't seem to find it.

 

Does anyone know the original post or have the mod?
