I don't know what that means. That's some sort of mod that includes Sayuri in the game? You can fight as her?

Yeah, you can fight as her, looks like you are new to DOA 5 modding, you should learn how to use "Autolink" and "Gravure Studio", there are lot of mod that can replace characters not just Sayuri.
