RSE II mod and issue

Is anyone using https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/9805-aaf-rse-ii-reproductive-system-effects-072519/  this mod at all?

Does it work at all? All i see is debug messages that saying the mod started and then another debug message saying that the period cycle is about to start,

but then nothing happens at all.

The thread seems to be dead, and the mods info suggests it should still work with FPE (Family Planning Enhanced Mod).

I dont even see anything in the papyrus logs.
