"Want to Swing?" unknown

So I have this option in dialogue that says "Want to swing?". When I click on it, it does nothing it seems. Nothing special happens or anything.

 

The question is, I have no idea what mod is making this show up. I would assume it is a SexLab mod (as referring to swinging), but I'm not sure which one or even if it is SexLab that does it.

 

Not a bug or anything really, just want to know what it is from and what it is supposed to do. Thanks.

Happens the same to me. I´m using SexLab Lover´s Confort 20131122 (as part of Nude Patch 2.7). Some NPCs like Camilla Valerius has this dialog. Sometimes it work and then sex starts, other times she anwer "I feel so alive"  and nothing happens, and other times the game doesn´t give me the dialog.

 

Somebody knows how this "Want to swiing?" works?
