Is there any mod that makes NPCs aware of devices on themselves?

I only find mods of making NPCs react to devices on player, but NPCs still have no idea about devices on themselves. Mostly I'd like to find some dialogue mods, like when equipping a device on NPCs they could say something about if they like it or not, and when talking to NPCs with devices they may ask the player to unequip it.

 

The closest thing I find is Better NPC Support for Devious Devices, which has a simple struggle/escape function, but it is way too generic and not immersive enough.
