There have been bans but the reason is unclear. They also ban just for connecting via an overseas IP.

Most of the current bans are for IP addresses, especially in Europe and America, because I am in Asia and there are very few bans now. I guess it is because of the need to open a steam server. I am using translation mods and mods at the same time. Nude mod, not banned yet

no ones been banned for using an english patch. the triggers are the anti cheat that detects a program it doesnt like or in conflict with such as a vpn and starting up the game with a foreign ip or connected public vpn address (some haven't been banned with a foreign ip but those are exceptions but even when they aren't its still only a matter of time). Use a static vps for a surefire way to avoid the bans.

idk for sure, but this mod should work if you install the translation mod but don't install the "patch_en.pak" file

Someone posted a remake of dinput8.dll on discord. Adapt it and the mod will work.
