Are tattoos possible?

Is it possible to create tattoo mods for Crusader Kings 3? I don't know if this is a recurring question or not; just got into the game recently.

It is absolutely possible, though I can't speak for the difficulty of making them. I'm aware of two mods in the workshop with tattoos, one is the aptly named Viking Tattoos mod and the other is the Guardians of Azeroth total conversion mod.

Oh good, I was specifically thinking of viking tattoos! Is this the Steam Workshop, or a different place?

Nevermind, found it! Thanks for the tip-off. In general, though, I'm absolutely down for making more myself, but yeah, I have no clue the difficulty level involved.
