Height slider compatibility

Hi! I'm having issues with a specific height slider and wicked whims. I've used Luumia's Height Slider, which is the best one out there, and it was ported by Hokusai26 to be activated from the feet instead of the neck

The issue is, since I downloaded all three slider overhauls by Hokusai26, the neck area is taken by other sliders, so I can't really go back to Luumia's. But Hokusai26's is not recognized by WW, making all animations look wonky. Is there anything that can be done, any file that can be changed to make it compatible, maybe a standalone version of luumia's height slider that can be activated through the feet...?

There is a way to "re-map," a slider from one spot to another (it's what Hokusai did to make his combo sliders)

I looked into doing it a few times because while I like their sliders, there were a lot of bugs and they don't update their sliders often.

It seems very complicated, but there are tutorials out there that break it down step by step. You could take Luumia's slider and see if you could re-map it.

the thing about remapping is that the slider loses its hex number, which (I believe) is how WW recognizes the slider and overrides it for animations. Hokusai's uses Luumia's height slider, however the hex number is different than the one WW has in its code.

That's beyond my skill level as it stands - which is why i'm looking at starting over with a fresh set of mods and a very static set of presets, sliders, and cc, that doesn't change too much (as right now my mod folder is like 300gigs)

It makes sense, but as to how to fix it I have no idea and Hokusai said in some comments of theirs I read they aren't really that interested in working on their sliders more :(

I always thought ww used the decimal version of the instance to call or make use of other tuning files. In any case an easy fix should be to simply rename the remapped slider giving it the proper instance name and id. That is something that you can very easy do in sims 4 studio for example. As long as you do not have other tuning files sharing the same instance that should do the trick.

I tried doing that but it messed up the other sliders that come in this overhaul and WW still didn't recognize this height slider
