Pullable hand carts

I am looking for a mod or help making a mod that attaches the player to those hand carts you can see around skyrim kind like a horse or other furniture and lets you pull it around and maybe load it with stuff. there doesn't seem to be any for SE although there was one for LE. not sure how hard it would be to convert. I have only ever made small changes to mods before.

Can you link the LE version I remember looking for it and never finding it.

Alternatively some oldrim mods just work as is after like opening and saving in CK? If it has scripts that can't work in SE which is rare then it can't be converted normally or it uses BSA but you just unpack those and pack with SE program (unpack with BSA opt pack with BAE or something).

Reading the forum for this mod leads me to believe that the scripts will have to be changed to convert properly
