NPC Public Punishments like Prison Overhaul?

Looking for exactly what it says on the tin.

Anyone know of a mod that has public (NSFW) punishments of NPCS (Bandits, thieves, etc.) who committed crimes or does anyone know of an add-on to Prison Overhaul that does this? 

 

Basically, I like the idea of Prison Overhaul with the public punishment system but I don't actually like putting my character in jail and it also doesn't make much sense (Immersion-wise) that we only see public punishments when the player is in prison. Just like with the execution of Roggvir, I want to wander through a town and randomly see criminal NPCs (Preferably female) receiving public punishment with town NPCs watching/participating.
