Next day it works until I start FO4 and then it stays stuck as not working in both FO4 and another applicaitons. Scroll via mouse wheel, is important both in and out of game. katrina.balanchuk Posted June 6, 2023 Author Posted June 6, 2023 (edited) Solved by uninstalling a "helper" Logitech program I had recently been prompted to install, when I added a new Logitech mouse. In the end I reverted back to my original mouse and that was the one with the issue. Edited June 6, 2023 by katrina.balanchuk
