Crafting menu options bug

In the crafting menu for Vtaw item material swaps, there are a whole bunch of options available that are not meant to be applicable  for that item ( I already have all the optional material files installed). Does anyone know what could be the cause for this? I am only running ECO redux, no AKWCR etc.

 

I also have a similar problem with STS. MY weapons have scope options that are clearly not meant to be applicable for the weapon being moded (floating rifle scope for revolver, etc)

Update: I figured out that enabling other vtaw outfits gives the vtaw wardrobe items inapplicable material swap options. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this?
