How to get more chicks with dicks to spawn

I’m using several mods including the following:

 

MCCC

WW

WP

 
I have MCCC only allowing to spawn new sims that I created so there are no auto generated sims. I built several (50% of all females) to have a little extra down south but even though I have like 60 female sims spawned into my game only 2 have spawned with a dick. How can I manage the following mods to increase the chances that a female with a penis will spawn?
