Installation was Successful for WickedWhims but I don't know why it is not reflecting when I click for interactions.

1. Installation done as per the correct guidance from WickedWhims.

2. Checked tick on script MOD and custom MOD. (Mods are there in the list)

 

Unable to interact with characters or objects.

Your version of sims 4 is 1.94.147. Wicked whims 175e is not compatible with your version of the game. Nisa 3.3id is not compatible with your version of the game. That means update your game and use the latest versions of both mods, or stay with your game version and use a version of the mods that is compatible with that game version.
