Installation was Successful for WickedWhims but I don't know why it is not reflecting when I click for interactions.

Your version of sims 4 is 1.94.147. Wicked whims 175e is not compatible with your version of the game. Nisa 3.3id is not compatible with your version of the game. That means update your game and use the latest versions of both mods, or stay with your game version and use a version of the mods that is compatible with that game version. You have to do the same for every other single mod you are using: Get a version compatible with your game version. If you use mods too old or too new to your game version it is never going to work, no matter how well you have installed them.
