NPCs and Creatures constantly at 0 arousal.

It is just the NPCs and Creatures that constantly have 0 arousal, no matter if I'm naked around them or not. PC Arousal works fine. I have made sure OSLAroused is at the bottom and that nothing is overwriting in the installed mods. I'm using MO2.

This is the list of mods i'm currently using. It was on a clean save, because i'm just building my mod list for now and sorting the little bugs out.
I've accidentally posted this in the LE section as well, but in my defense - the SE tech support is not that obvious to see in the forums.

I actually do get Aroused Creatures events and defeat triggers and the player's arousal rises. But not the creatures's.

I've checked multiple threads about this and none have any solutions and my arousal values are still stuck at 0 - actually, they barely have any solutions. Check these out;

It's like Sexout's value seeding is not working either.

Tried moving OSLaroused to the bottom - no effect.

Tried changing multiple settings in multiple mods in the MCM - no effect.

Tried disabling a lot of mods and just enabling OSLaroused and scanning NPCs with "N" key - no effect.
Tried undressing in the middle of Riverwood and scanning NPCs, also setting all of my armour as "Erotic" - no effect.

Tired removing OSLaroused and using SLAR, no effect, everybody is still at 0.
Went through the entire animation troubleshooting, nothing had any effect.
Even did a clean isntall, no effect again, everybody steady at 0.

The only time anybody's arousal increases, is through Aroused Creatures events. That's where the creatures get some arousal, but it doesen't work with humans, which sucks.

Will try running Xedit to see if something isn't overwriting the scripts - but it is loading at the very bottom of the load order. I doubt my Bodyslide output is overwriting OSLaroused stuff, as there's no scripts.
