Copy your mods, saves and tray folders to desktop or somewhere outside of documents.

Uninstall game, remove OneDrive connection so it doesn't do backups of deleted files and then instal Sims 4 again.

Make sure again that OneDrive is not connected and can't backup your files.

Run game once to get to main menu.

Put your saves and tray files back and next mods one by one after you make sure all of them are compatible with your game.

Try the game again and see if you get errors again.
