i can't give my sims wicked atrtributs not working correctly

Sims 4 community library, devious desires, and any other mod depending on them are not compatible with wicked whims or MCCC. So you have to remove them (and any other mod depending on them) or remove wicked whims + MCCC. All those together are never going to work well.

After that make sure Nisa is updated.
