Hey, does anyone know how ?

 

For some unknown reason, I'm only a month into this stupid game. Although I'm trying to turn off the night moon altogether.

If you mean set the moon to one particular phase, its in Options > Environment.  If you want to make it permantely day, you would need a mod I believe.

It should work. I haven't used it before but i've used the "Eternal Night time" version for the vampire area and it works just fine so I would assume this is the same.
