You have a lot of problems with your mods that you should try to address: Duplicated tuning files, duplicated script files, scrip files located too deep inside mods folder to work, mods installed in google drive (bad idea), and maybe (but i am not 100% sure) mods installed through a mod manager? (bad idea too). Just open your error file and you will see all the problems clearly indicated by BE. 

 

About the specific error you have, have you checked if "real estate" mod by simrealistic is fully compatible with wicked whims? After you take care of all the aforementioned problems, try moving real estate mod out of mods folder and test without it. Alternatively ask the creator if their mod is compatible with wicked whims.
