Bonus Trait "Beloved" Bug

I am using WickedWhims v176b an Sims4 1.98.127.

Sims with the bonus trait from the "Friends of the World" aspiration "Beloved" getting her list of known sims automatically filled up with sims that are in the area.

 

I tested with a clean game and WW was the only mod.

 

How you can test it? Create a new Sim, open the list of known sims and wait that other sims spawn in the area, nothing happens. Pause the game and give the sim the beloved trait with cheats (testingcheats true / aspirations.complete_current_milestone). After the trait is active, all sims that are spawning new in the area are getting added to your list automatically with no need to talk to them.

In v176d the bug still exist ?
