Are werewolves even supported or is this an issue with my game?

Haven't been active on The Sims 4 since the Werewolf pack came around, so I apologize if I'm reiterating questions that were already resolved/answered.

I keep reading that werewolves are supported by Wickedwhims, yet I have multiple issues like werewolves not able to have their body parts selected through the personalization menu nor selectable for sex.

Are werewolves supported like others claim? Do I need to have specific animations that support werewolves or should any animation be fine? Is there a reason I can't even select a werewolf for personalization or anything WW related?
