Alternate Skin Textures, or Tools to Make My Own?

Like the title says, I was wondering if there were any alternate textures for the Wicked Whims meshes or tools I can use to edit them myself.

 

Specifically I'd like to reduce some of the underboob shadow. I'm trying to create myself in the game and the harsh shadows look really bad when you have smaller breasts.

There are a lot of skins and skin overlays that you san use, both default (it will apply to every sim) and non-default (you have to apply it to individual sims in CAS). 3 very good options are the ones by Obscurus, sims3melancholic and Norther siberia winds.
