There is no breast physics. Breast became small, and physics not obvious.

1) Have you installed the requirements?

2) Did you reconstruct the body and collisions in Bodyslide?

3) In MCM\Menu, have you activated collisions?

4) During installation, did you also install the Havok objects, among other things, obtainable with AdditemMenu?

5) In play, did you use the Toogle Spell?

 

If, you did not do any of this, it is quite logical that it does not work
