Broken UI

I have no idea what I did, but I somehow broken the game's UI and I don't know what could have caused it. Any ideas? I think it's a mod, but out of 1000+ mods, I don't have too many ideas which names I should look for.

I would start with More Colums in CAS, as I see you are using it. I'd almost bet money, since it actually adjusts the CAS UI that it is the culprit.

So I tested your idea, it still looks broken. And when I tried to ignore the broken UI and attempt to start a new game, it's broken with an error code. Relaunching does not fix it

extra traits in cas can also be a culprit

Sounds like you are gonna have to do the 50/50 method. There are just way too many mods that cause problems on Patch day.

Ugh, I was afraid of the 50/50 method. Thank you for the suggestions as I slowly narrow down the mods and traits.

No worries, I gotchu.

 

Wasn't More Columns, it was More CAS Traits. The one that bumps gives more trait slots in CAS. I took it out, interface cleared right up.

That might be it, do you happen to remember the name of it? I can't seem to find it when searching "trait". Or I'm blind.

Both mods are known to be broken after yesterday's game update:

Anyone that updated the game yesterday will face those issues.

 

It's a VERY GOOD idea to wait at least 1 day withouth playing Sims 4 and avoiding the update, when stuff comes out and checking the official-unofficial places for mods status.

I still haven't updated because I use both More Columns and More traits in cas from Pancake1 and Mizore Yukii.

A few days ago he mentioned it himself that his mods were broken and that they were checking them all to fix them, we will just have to wait a few days to see if they fix them soon.
