Guest Posted May 30, 2023 Posted May 30, 2023 I'm looking for a good mod for a player home that also acts as a settlement (as in, it has a workbench and can have settlers). I've looked at many, but none are really what I'm looking for. What I'm looking for is: A large area for a bunch of stuff. Doesn't require a bunch of other mods. Doesn't use Sim Settlement 1 or 2, because those mods break my game, no matter what I do. Doesn't require having to complete quests. I prefer to use it out of the box. Doesn't have a bunch of crap that I can't get rid of. A mod I have this problem with is Survivor's Mansion. Amazing mod, but there's a lot of crap that I can't get rid of and I hate it. If there are any mods that fit this criteria, I would love to know about them.

Irgendwelche Ratschläge, wie man verhindern kann, dass Fehler ein Problem darstellen? Ich bin sehr paranoid gegenüber Mods mit mehr als 5. I didn't even know he had flaws. This mod has a completely different problem -> the premises are quite small and agricultural cultivation of food is not possible in the normal way that's why I have to fake it with the special statues I only chose the mod because of my own blog story... in which my character avoids openly visible or known settlements.

I tried out the mod and, even though it was cool, there were certain fixtures that I couldn't scrap like a couple couches, lamps, and blinking lights on the news stands.
